2018 Annual General Meeting

The Company will host its Annual General Meeting of shareholders on Friday October 5, 2018 at 11:00am PDT at the Four Points Kelowna Airport, 5505 Airport Way, Kelowna, BC.

Resignation of Director

Corporate Developments – The Company announces a change in the composition of the Board of Directors with the resignation of Mr, Gervais. Management and the Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Gervais for his contribution to the Company.

Option Grant

Corporate Developments – The Company granted 625,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company exercisable at a price of $1.07 per share and expiring on July 9, 2023, to an officer and employees of the Company. The options vest in stages over the course of a one year period and are granted pursuant to the terms of the Company’s stock option plan, subject to regulatory approval.
