Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Revenue Accountant is responsible for generating all revenue invoices for the Company and reporting obligations under the Company’s white label agreements to ensure accurate and timely reporting of the financial results of the Company.

Duties:

• Prepare invoices for all sales transactions, ensuring accuracy with contract terms
• Collect financial records and reports of various departments
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions in the ERP software
• Prepare monthly and/or quarterly reporting as required under the Company’s white label agreements
• Supporting the Company’s sales team with information on key customer accounts
• Monitor Accounts Receivable balances and manage collection of outstanding balances with customers
• Reconciliations of general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
• Assist in the compilation of information for external auditors on a quarterly basis
• Support the implementation of audit recommendations
• Work in compliance with company accounting standards and guidelines
• Assist with other monthly accounting responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field
• 2+ years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central)
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Ability to develop and maintain cross functional relationships
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Unwavering attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• Ability to complete a satisfactory criminal record check
