The Project Coordinator plays an integral part in supporting the creation, monitoring and reporting of project plans. Reporting to the Project Manager, our ideal candidate will utilize project management methodologies and industry experience in order to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan. The successful candidate will be a driven individual who is aligned with our core values and is able to remain highly adaptable and collaborative as we scale our operations.

DUTIES:

  • Assist with developing concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule, the budget, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the project
  • Collaborate with various teams and take part in meetings to develop project plans and present them to management
  • Provided tracking for all submittals, change orders, requests for information to ensure timely return from the general contractor
  • Assist with outlining project objectives and ensuring objectives are met
  • Monitors projects to ensure they remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan
  • Spearhead the gathering and documenting of project results
  • Schedule meetings as needed to keep stakeholders informed, make decisions and move project forward
  • Perform clerical duties, maintain contact with clients and parties involves through email and phone calls, answer questions and concerns, prepare presentations, and enter project data

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience as project coordinator in a combination of construction, civil, mechanical disciplines required
  • Experience utilizing Project Management software is required (Asana preferably)
  • Project Management Professional certification and a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Prior experience with LEED criteria management is considered an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a go-getter personality
  • Adaptable to a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines within the organization
  • Ability to complete a criminal record check
